Cancellation and Return Policy

32. If you cancel your order prior to shipment, we will refund the full order amount excluding the payment fee which we can not recover. The payment fee is typically 3,5% of the order value.

33. If you are unhappy with our product, we accept returns of unused and undamaged goods within 30 days of arrival. We will refund you the value of the product (excluding the payment fee and the shipment cost!) after receiving them back. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. Please contact us for shipment details. Shipping back is at your own expense.
