Floatboxx MxM V2
The Floatboxx MxM is a fully Aluminum VESC box for the Onewheel XR platform. To replace a broken XR controller or as the simplest way to start your VESC adventure while keeping the stock Hypercore motor, battery pack and harness.
The light aluminium controller box is welded all around for maximum strength. There is no need for a footpad support plate.
Various VESC controllers are supported through an interchangeable Controller plate.
MxM:
- M: Compatible with the stock XR 6-pin Molex for Hypercore
- x: VESC controller plates available for Ennoid, Thor-300, Jetfleet, Ubox
- M: Compatible with the stock XR 16-pin Molex battery harnass

Connections:
The connectors should be purchased separately OR re-used from a discarded Future Motion XR controller.
- on/off switch: ø19 mm hole for the switch

- charge plug: D-shaped hole for the Neutrik NC3 MPR-HD XLR
- Pre-wired available from MakersPEV/Customwheel
- hall/footpad: 2x D-shaped holes for Switchcraft connectors

- motor: compatible with the Hypercore 6-pin Molex, similar as Flowglider
- battery: compatible with the stock 16-pin Molex, similar as Flowglider
Notes:
- We use metric screws and tools: M5 to mount the box, M4 to mount the lid
- Floatboxx MxM is as waterproof as possible, but do a visual inspection first for small gaps. For 100% certainty: use the Badgerwheel kit . Total waterproofness depends on the complete assembly by the user.
